SMB Sales Account Executive
Position Summary
Reporting to the SMB Sales Director, responsibilities include; achieving territory revenue quota and assigned market development objectives. Requires software or enterprise sales experience with proven ability to qualify, develop, close and manage assigned territory and sales opportunities.

Customer Success Representative
Join a successful team of Brainshark Customer Success Representatives who assist Customers in their use of Brainshark Enterprise Solutions to meet business communication objectives.
Position Summary
A Customer Success Representative provides world-class telephone and web-based (email/chat/web meeting) consultation, implementation, support and service to Brainshark Customers to expand use of Brainshark within the Customer’s organization.
You will develop a proficiency in the Brainshark application including configuration, usage, workflow, and the knowledge of how to implement and use the Brainshark technology to accomplish specific business tasks. You will be required to maintain the highest level of product knowledge through formalized training and self-education. You will be responsive to and meet the needs of Brainshark Customers. You will provide support directly to the Customer or facilitate that Customer’s introduction to Brainshark staff such as Product Management, Sales or Professional Services when appropriate. You will document each Customer request in the Support tracking system and keep all open issues updated with current status, next steps, and clear ownership of each next step until a final resolution is delivered.
