Clickpath Tracking

Clickpath Tracking is an optional application that extends the tracking and reporting capabilities of Brainshark Presentations™.

Clickpath Tracking reveals the path that desktop viewers took through your presentation, including which slides were viewed and in what order, how much time they spent on each slide, and which attachments they downloaded. The application also enables reporting on the percentage of viewers who watched a particular slide and the average slide view duration.

The Clickpath Tracking application is ideal for gaining a better understanding of which content resonates most with your viewers…and which doesn’t. It also can inform you about the content that is most interesting to prospects or most confusing to employees or students. And it can help improve prioritization of leads based on the depth of the viewing details provided.
