Telephone Playback
Brainshark’s Telephone Playback module allows viewers to experience the audio portion of a Brainshark video presentation over the telephone rather than via streaming audio.
If you are invited to view a Brainshark presentation that has been enabled for Telephone Playback, you can opt to play the presentation normally or use the Telephone Playback capability. If you choose the Telephone Playback option, you would simply dial a specific Brainshark-provided phone number and enter the unique access code on your screen. Then you simply listen to the audio portion of the presentation by phone and navigate through the slides using telephone keypad commands.
Telephone Playback is ideal when:
- Audio playback would be disruptive to nearby co-workers
- Presentations contain highly confidential content that should not be overheard
- Viewers do not have speakers or a soundcard on their PC
- A corporate firewall doesn’t allow streaming
