Brainshark Rapid Learning™ is a learning management solution that extends the capabilities of Brainshark Presentations™, allowing organizations to quickly deploy formal eLearning programs and measure the progress of learners and groups.
Companies or divisions typically use Rapid Learning to deliver formal training to employees and partners to improve sales productivity, accelerate on-boarding, ensure compliance, and generally increase the knowledge levels of employees.
Create Courses & Curriculums
Manage Courses & Curriculums
Trainers or departmental managers use Rapid Learning to schedule courses and curriculums. Courses and curriculums can be designated as “open enrollment” or “limited” (by invitation only), withcredit values and expiration dates specified for each course.
Manage Student Enrollment
Rapid Learning lets course administrators invite and enroll students or groups of students, send automatic reminders to those who have not completed courses or curriculums, and un-enroll students as necessary.
Self-Registration
If desired, students can self-enroll in Rapid Learning via a branded online registration page. You can use any number of self-registration pages, and students will be pre-enrolled in the appropriate courses/curriculums. This is ideal when reaching out to large audiences or delivering education to customers, partners or others outside the organization.
Instant Delivery and Easy Access
Students can log in to view courses and curriculums they’re enrolled in or have completed. And with Rapid Learning’s auto-login capability, they can even launch courses right from a link in their email inbox. Organizations can also choose to integrate the student login process with an existing portal or system through Brainshark’s Single Sign-On (SSO) solution.
Course Catalog
Using the Rapid Learning course catalog, students can browse and select open enrollment courses or curriculums. They can see descriptions, topics, durations, credit values and completion criteria to help them decide whether to self-enroll.
Certification
Course administrators can set up “certificates of completion” (PDF documents) for students to download. Customized certificates become available to students once they meet the completion criteria for a course or curriculum.
Tests, Surveys and Polls
Rapid Learning supports all the question types available in Brainshark Presentations. Survey and poll questions are great for engaging learners and getting valuable student input and feedback. Test questions help increase knowledge retention and enable scoring and measurement.
Tracking & Reporting
With Rapid Learning, it’s easy to run reports on courses, students or groups, including exception reports which provide valuable information about those who require additional training or have not completed courses. Scheduled reports can be delivered to trainers and managers to provide convenient updates on student progress. And students can even access personal transcripts to get details on their own progress.
