Geared to the needs of sales and marketing professionals and individual trainers, myBrainshark Pro and myBrainshark Pro Trainer are upgrade options starting at $9.99/month and $19.99/month respectively. The upgraded service is priced on a per presentation basis and allows you to apply advanced “Pro” or “Pro Trainer” features to any presentation(s) in your myBrainshark account.
myBrainshark Pro
Advanced myBrainshark Pro features include privacy management and enhanced tracking & reporting. Privacy management capabilities include the ability to remove your presentations from the publicly searchable catalog and the ability to optionally add password protection for an enhanced level of security. In addition, myBrainshark Pro-enabled presentations have a special URL that lets your viewers access your presentations on a stand-alone web page without the myBrainshark site branding and social media features.
myBrainshark Pro also offers enhanced tracking and reporting capabilities to let you know who is viewing your presentations. You can add a guestbook that appears before your presentation plays so you can capture leads or monitor student participation. Alternatively, you can use personalized URLs (presentation links with unique tracking codes) to identify views from specific people or campaigns. This is ideal for email marketers so you know who viewed your presentation without using a guestbook. Pro subscribers can also take advantage of email “view receipts” – instant notifications with details each time your presentation is viewed including who viewed it (when using the guestbook or tracking code features), when was it viewed, how long was it viewed, how many slides were viewed, and what were the answers to any questions you inserted. This same level of detail is also available to Pro subscribers through an online report available in HTML, PDF or CSV formats.
myBrainshark Pro Trainer
myBrainshark Pro Trainer includes all the features of myBrainshark Pro PLUS several eLearning-specific features. These include the ability to create and insert test questions (such as true false, multiple choice, matching, sequence and fill-in-the-blank) and score students’ answers. You can also specify the number of attempts a student may have per question and provide feedback based on the accuracy of their answers. You can also set up and provide Certificates of Completion for students to download if they meet the completion criteria for a given presentation/course. Completion criteria may be based on score, percentage of slides viewed and/or percentage of audio played.
Authors of Pro Trainer-enabled presentations also have the ability to download a SCORM package (zip file) which can be uploaded into a SCORM-compliant learning management system (LMS). This allows students to launch the presentation via the LMS, while myBrainshark will update the student’s completion status to the LMS automatically over the web.
Finally, myBrainshark Pro Trainer users have enhanced content management capabilities including the ability to copy/clone presentations and mix and merge slides, audio and/or attachments from one presentation to the next.
